General Scope:
Tenant improvement work for a Pottery Barn retail space. Please review the full bid documents carefully and include all labor, material, equipment, supervision, coordination, and scope necessary to complete your trade work in accordance with the construction documents, specifications, applicable codes, and project requirements.

Because of the accelerated bid timeline, we are asking all subcontractors and vendors to review the documents immediately and notify us as soon as possible of any major scope gaps, conflicts, long-lead items, exclusions, or clarification needs.
